Heating, ventilation and air conditioning are typically among the largest energy costs in any building. We design HVAC automation that goes beyond a basic smart thermostat — integrated scheduling, zone-based control and occupancy-based automation that reduces waste without anyone having to think about it.
The problem
Manual control is inefficient in three specific ways. Automated, zoned control addresses all three — whether the property is a single villa or a multi-floor commercial building.
Rooms get cooled or heated when no one is in them, because nothing tells the system the space is unoccupied.

Residential AutomationIn commercial properties, HVAC automation is usually delivered as part of a full Building Management System, with facility-wide monitoring, per-floor reporting and central plant control for chillers and AHUs.

HVAC automation isn't typically installed as a standalone system in our projects — it's built into whichever platform is already governing the rest of the property, so climate control responds to the same scenes, schedules and occupancy data as everything else.
