Our Chennai office is on Moosa Street, Kodambakkam, close to the centre of the city. From here our team surveys, installs and supports home automation, HVAC automation and building management systems across Chennai. It is also the base we use to serve Coimbatore, Kochi, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli and Puducherry.

Chennai's heat and humidity shape every specification. Air conditioning runs for most of the year, so HVAC control and scheduling are usually the first things homeowners and facilities managers ask about. Near the coast, along East Coast Road, Besant Nagar and Thiruvanmiyur, salt air is hard on exposed electronics, so we think about enclosure, placement and ventilation as part of the design rather than an afterthought.
