KNX & Control4 systems for luxury villas and premium residences.
HVAC, energy, security and access unified on one platform.

Residential Automation
A home automation system is only as good as how invisible it becomes once it's installed. We design residential systems where the technology recedes into the background — just a home that responds the way you expect it to, every time.
The scope
Five systems that most premium homes want working as one, rather than as a shelf of disconnected remotes.
Scene-based control that adjusts for time of day, occupancy, and mood — operable from wall panels, an app, or voice.
Room-by-room and zone-based temperature control, scheduled or automatic, working with your existing or planned AC infrastructure.
Surveillance, intrusion detection, smart locks, and biometric or app-based access control — integrated into one system, not run as a separate silo.
Multi-room audio, home theatre integration, and centralized control of AV equipment.
Motorized shading and entry automation, scheduled to sunrise/sunset or controlled on demand.
Our services
Every system below has its own page covering what it does, what's included, and how we deliver it.
Platforms
KNX is an open, internationally standardised protocol for building and home automation, used across lighting, climate, security, and shading control worldwide. Unlike closed proprietary systems, KNX isn't tied to one manufacturer — lighting, HVAC, shading, security, and energy management from many different brands can all operate on a single, unified KNX network.
For new-construction and substantial-renovation projects, wired KNX is generally considered the more future-proof choice for premium residential automation, since components from different brands can be added, replaced, or expanded over time on the same backbone.
Best for new builds and major renovations
Control4 is a professionally installed automation platform built around a single, intuitive interface for controlling lighting, climate, security, and entertainment throughout a home. It's particularly well suited to homes where whole-house entertainment integration — multi-room audio, home theatre, and centralized AV control — is a priority alongside standard automation.
Control4 tends to be a strong fit for homes prioritizing a polished, unified user interface, and for retrofit projects where a full wired backbone isn't practical.
Best for retrofits and AV-led projects
Our process
A walkthrough of your home or plans, understanding your family's routines, priorities, and any existing infrastructure.
Room-by-room scene design, wiring schematics, and a clear scope of work.
Equipment sourced through authorised distributors, typically 2–4 weeks for standard equipment and 6–8 weeks for larger custom orders.
Pre-wiring for new builds, or a planned retrofit approach for existing homes.
Scenes, schedules, and voice/app setup, with a walkthrough for every family member who'll use the system.
Annual maintenance plans covering periodic health checks, firmware updates, and priority support with a 24–48 hour response window.
If your project already involves an architect, interior designer, or builder, we work directly with them from the design stage onward, so automation infrastructure is planned alongside — not bolted onto — the rest of your home's electrical and interior design.
FAQ
Scope varies by project, but a full villa system typically integrates lighting, climate, security, entertainment, and shading/gate control into one platform. Your consultation will scope exactly what's right for your home.
Both are possible. Adding automation during construction — particularly for wired KNX systems — gives the most flexibility and the cleanest installation. Retrofitting an existing home is also common and is scoped based on your home's current electrical layout.
This depends on the specific system architecture and backup provisions in your design — a question worth raising directly in your site survey, since the right answer depends on your home's setup.
Consumer voice assistants control individual smart devices one at a time and depend on stable WiFi. A professionally engineered system like KNX or Control4 is designed as unified infrastructure — more reliable, built to scale as you add rooms or features, and typically far more durable over a decade-plus lifespan.
