Home and building automation in Hyderabad

Our Hyderabad office is on Capital Park Road, Madhapur, in the middle of the city's technology district. From here our team surveys, installs and supports home automation, HVAC automation and building management systems across Hyderabad, and also serves Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.

Hyderabad's residential market is defined by scale: large villas in Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills, gated villa communities across Kokapet, Narsingi and Tellapur, and tall apartment towers around Gachibowli and the Financial District. Bigger homes mean more rooms, more zones and more to coordinate, so we plan lighting, climate, security and entertainment as one system rather than a collection of separate gadgets.

The climate is hot and dry through summer, and many of the city's campuses and towers use large glass façades, which makes solar gain a real design issue. Shading control, zoned HVAC and scheduling are usually the details that matter most. On the commercial side, the campuses of HITEC City, Gachibowli and the Financial District, along with hospitals, hotels and co-working spaces, need HVAC, access, CCTV and metering managed from a single desk.
