A commissioned KNX or Control4 house is a construction-adjacent job. It has a sequence. Skipping steps is how you get a cupboard full of hubs and an electrician who left town.

1. Survey and scope

We walk the site or the drawings. How the family actually uses rooms matters more than a catalogue. We note what already exists — CCTV, splits, a generator, a gate motor — and what should be integrated versus replaced. You get a scope, not a mystery bundle.

2. Design and specify

Platform choice (KNX, Control4, or a split), panel locations, cable schedules, load lists, outdoor ratings if you are on the coast. This is also when we say no to things that will not survive the climate or the architecture.

3. Install

First-fix with the electrical and interior teams if the house is still being built. Retrofit is slower and more visible; we are frank about chasing cables through finished walls. Local electricians can pull cable to our drawings. Panels and programming stay with us.

4. Commission, train, support

Scenes, schedules, failovers, app and panel training. After handover you reach Bangalore, Chennai or Hyderabad on the same numbers and WhatsApp we publish. We cover other South Indian cities from those offices — we visit; we do not invent a fake local branch.
